Job DescriptionSupport the operational management of investment funds at Edge Growth Ventures. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient fund operations across finance, compliance, stakeholder management, governance, and reporting, while continuously improving processes and driving operational excellence.
Fund Operations & Stakeholder Management (50%)- Support operations for new and existing funds
- Prepare reports and manage Board / Steering Committee admin (incl. minutes)
- Manage stakeholder communications and reporting
- Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement frameworks
- Ensure adherence to fund policies and procedures
- Draft and review reports, meeting minutes, and communications
- Coordinate governance meetings and operational events
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external parties
- Own and implement operational processes and projects end-to-end
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Support governance processes and fund operational workflows
- Contribute to strategic and ad hoc projects
South African citizen
Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Science, Finance or Operations
Advantage: Project Management, Compliance or equivalent
2-3 years plus in financial services operations, fund administration
Experience in stakeholder management or reporting and governance processes
