The Functional Lead is responsible for driving SAP functional activities within ECC to S/4HANA upgrade projects, including additional enhancements. This role ensures alignment of SAP configuration and setup with business requirements and provides leadership in the delivery of high quality functional solutions.

• Lead SAP configuration and setup activities according to business requirements
• Develop functional and technical design specifications
• Provide project delivery leadership, ensuring milestones, quality, and governance are met
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver functional solutions that support business processes

• 8+ years of relevant SAP functional experience
• Bachelor's degree or SAP-related qualification
• Proven experience in project delivery leadership

• Preferably with Public Sector project experience
• Based in Cape Town or willing to work locally
