SUMMARYWe are looking for a Desktop Engineer to join our team in a Contractor role based in Cape Town CBD. Support end users with hardware and software issues, troubleshoot, and assist with office 365 migrations. IT Qualification and 3 years working experience essential.
POSITION INFODuties and Responsibilities:
- Support end Users and walk-in users
- Troubleshoot issues and support with Office 365 migrations
- End User Support clearly communicate with users
- Support on Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems experience - Windows 7, 10 & 11
- Troubleshooting both on the hardware and software level Building and configuring of operating system
- Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Support internal customers
- Good strong technical understanding
- Good communication skills
