Full Cycle Sales Specialist
Job Description
The B2B - Full Cycle Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting, through to product presentation, closing, onboarding and post-sale follow-up. The role requires a confident communicator with strong customer engagement skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Purpose of the Role- Present and position products or services effectively to prospective customers.
- Provide accurate product information and solutions to individual customer/business needs.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Prepare and present proposals or quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
- Secure signed agreements and convert leads into sales.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure successful activation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, finance) for smooth setup.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance requirements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Build long-term customer relationships to support retention and portfolio growth.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

- Minimum 2 years' proven experience in full-cycle sales (B2C or B2B)
- Call Centre environment sales experience in a UK Campaign is advantageous
