Food Packaging Development Manager

Responsibilities

Work closely with the NPD team to accelerate the supply of new products to customers and continually improve current packing formats, reducing packaging costs.

Drive rapid generation of new concepts and ideas, manage supplier partnerships with innovative suppliers, and support the launch of 150 products a year within a busy product development environment.

Qualifications

Proven track record in Packaging Technology within an FMCG environment, with a heavy focus on innovation.

Demonstrated ability to manage concept to launch critical path with major multi retailer accounts.

Strong understanding of packaging technology, innovation, and supply chain dynamics.
