Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch.

About the Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all F&B operations across the property, ensuring seamless service delivery, strong team leadership, and outstanding guest experiences.

This is a hands on role requiring a leader who can be present on the floor, inspire their team, and consistently deliver at a high standard while managing costs and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and handle service recovery where required
  • Drive revenue and maximise profitability within the F&B department
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and stock management
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu planning and service delivery
  • Train, develop, and motivate the F&B team
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation
  • Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service across all outlets
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or estate
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on approach with the ability to lead from the front
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office
