Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across our restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth service delivery, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all F&B operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver consistent excellence.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control measures.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Support senior management in implementing operational strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hospitality trends.
- Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets and costs.
- Customer focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in F&B supervisory or management roles.
- Experience in hotel or resort 4 or 5-star environments is advantageous.
