Here's what you'll be responsible for:

• F&B Visionary ️
  Define and deliver a bold, creative, and commercially strong F&B strategy aligned with Mama's lifestyle concept
  Bring innovation to menus, concepts, events, and activations
• Experience Curator
  Create vibrant dining and bar experiences that reflect the energy of Cape Town and Mama's brand personality
  Ensure every guest experience is memorable, social, and shareable
• Operations Leader
  Oversee all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, events, and in-room dining
  Ensure smooth daily operations, high service standards, and consistency across all venues
• Commercial Driver
  Maximize revenue, profitability, and cost control across all F&B operations
  Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs while driving sustainable growth
• Team Inspirer
  Lead, coach, and develop large, diverse F&B teams
  Build a high-energy, motivated culture focused on service excellence and personality
• Collaboration Champion
  Work closely with Culinary, Rooms, Sales, and Marketing teams to create integrated guest experiences
  Align F&B activations with hotel events and brand storytelling
• Quality & Standards Guardian ️
  Maintain Mama's signature standards across service, product, presentation, and ambiance
  Ensure consistency while keeping creativity alive
• Event & Activation Leader
  Drive events, pop-ups, themed nights, and activations that position Mama as a social hotspot
  Make every moment visible, exciting, and profitable

• You have strong senior Food & Beverage leadership experience in hospitality ️
• You come from lifestyle, luxury, or high-volume experiential brands
• You are a natural leader who inspires, motivates, and develops large teams
• You are commercially sharp with strong understanding of revenue, cost control, and profitability
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• You are highly operational and love being present on the floor ️
• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• You are creative, innovative, and passionate about guest experience
• You can manage multiple outlets, concepts, and activations with ease
