Our client is seeking a results-driven and innovative Financial Manager to lead the finance function, ensure compliance, and support long-term business growth. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent financial acumen, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Drive cash flow planning and working capital management to optimise financial performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of management accounts.
• Ensure full compliance with Excise, VAT, PAYE, WCA, and UK VAT requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with banking partners.
• Manage both local and foreign treasury functions.
• Oversee the accounting function and ensure compliance with IFRS and Company Law.
• Provide strategic financial insights to guide executive decision-making.

• Honours degree with at least 5 years' relevant industry experience.
• CA (SA) qualification and/or legal background highly recommended.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Company Law, and Tax Law.
• Proven expertise in financial management concepts, principles, and procedures.
• Advanced analytical skills and a strong grasp of financial systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure, demonstrating initiative and innovation.
