Ello Technology is hiring a Finance & Accounts Officer to own day-to-day finance operations across three related entities.

This is not a "capture and file" role.

This is full ownership of finance hygiene, reconciliations, supplier discipline, and Zoho Books optimisation.

Entities Covered

You must maintain clean separation between entities, correct intercompany handling, and audit-ready books at all times.

What You'll Own

• Zoho Books accuracy across all entities
  
• Expense capture & coding (100% document-backed)
  
• Weekly payment runs
  
• Weekly bank & card reconciliations
  
• Month-end readiness (clean, current, review-ready)
  
• Finance process automation inside Zoho Books
  

How You're Measured

• 90-95% of expenses captured within 48-72 hours
  
• 100% attachment compliance
  
• Weekly reconciliations (minimal unresolved items)
  
• Month-end pack ready by agreed deadline

Non-Negotiables

• Strong hands-on Zoho Books experience
