Role SummaryReporting to the Faculty Manager, the appointee will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the faculty timetable and calendar, arranging venues, preparing Service Level Agreements, scheduling exams, providing curriculum training, acting as governance officer to the Academic Planning Committee, and coordinating all other administrative tasks related to academic planning and the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing the faculty timetable.
- Arranging venues with venue management for classes and tutorials.
- Preparing Service Level Agreements and coordinating sign off.
- Editing and updating the faculty calendar.
- Scheduling all exam timetables.
- Providing curriculum training to relevant stakeholders.
- Acting as governance officer to the Academic Planning Committee.
- Coordinating all other administrative tasks related to academic planning and the curriculum.
- Academic Administration.
- Committee Administration.
- Marketing and Recruitment.
- Degree / National Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a Higher Education environment preferred.
- Committee Administration experience advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer programmes/software packages (e.g., Word; Excel; MS Office Suites; PowerPoint).
