We are seeking anOperations Engineer (Expert) to support a globally distributed authenticationplatform. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable identity and accessmanagement solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. You will workwithin a global team to operate, enhance, and secure a modern authenticationecosystem, while continuously improving processes and driving innovation.

• Manage and support global identityplatforms, including Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Ensure high availability,scalability, and security of authentication systems.
• Design and implement modern identityand security solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Automate infrastructure andoperational processes using Infrastructure as Code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complextechnical issues across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with global teams andstakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement,innovation, and adoption of new technologies.
• Provide guidance andleadership to junior team members when required.

• Minimum 5+ years of experiencein IT, including managing large cloud or hybrid environments.
• At least 3 years' experience with Microsoft enterprise IT architectures, focusing on Identity &Access Management.
• Expert knowledge of:
• Microsoft Entra ID, Entra IDConnect, and Active Directory
• Strong understanding of Zero Trustarchitecture and security concepts.
• Experience with network protocols (IPv4, IPv6, DNS).
• Proficiency in automation using tools such as PowerShell and Azure Functions.
• Ability to solve complexproblems and work independently on escalated tasks.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Agile workingenvironments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamworkskills.
• Self-driven with a focus oninnovation and continuous improvement.

• Degree in Computer Science,Communications Engineering, or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
