We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our evening shift pick and packer team. The work involves picking wholesale orders from the freezer, fresh produce, dry store or chillers. We will keep you warm with good gear and safe with good training. This is permanent, full-time work, approximately 40 hours per week, with guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week and maximum weekly 60 hours. Evening shift starts at 3:30pm and finishes at approximately midnight.

The hourly rate is between $28.00 and $30.00 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and pack food products according to order specifications.
  • Ensure products are handled safely and stored correctly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Willingness to work evening shifts (3:30pm and finishes at approximately midnight).
  • Days of work are: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to and including 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
