The Paia FROM CBRE ESG Consulting & Sustainability team is seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and motivated ESG professional to work on developing the team and the delivery of the sustainability requirements for our growing base of clients. Working as part of a team, acting as the conduit between the client, client teams and our operational teams in the wider business, you will be accountable for ensuring all client requirements are delivered in line with expectations.

With background in sustainability/ESG and the built environment and passion for collaboration, innovation and driving change, this individual will be responsible for delivering ESG strategies at fund, portfolio and asset levels.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and people skills, experience with GRESB Reporting, experience with creating and delivering Net Zero decarbonization strategies, certifications, as well as an elevated level of general knowledge and understanding of sustainability.

What You'll Do
  • Business development to ensure a steady flow of new work opportunities into ESG business
  • Embed principles of sustainability and ESG across the various CBRE business lines
  • Manage delivery of client requirements around sustainability including
  • Net zero consulting and strategy development and execution
  • Monitoring sustainability standards, KPIs and targets
  • Developing strategies and setting sustainability targets
  • Identifying sustainability improvement projects and initiatives
  • Engaging with client representative to report on progress, successes, and challenges
  • Deliver sustainability services for CBRE's broader client base
  • Communicate with the wider APAC Sustainability team, including contribution to regional initiatives and requirements
  • Team leadership, project management and monitoring of employees
What You'll Need
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field (eg, Sustainability, Environmental/Earth Sciences, Responsible Business) OR comparable experience built up over your career
  • GRESB, LEED, and or Green Mark or WELL AP Qualified
  • Professional experience working as an ESG programme manager, sustainability consultant or similar within the Commercial Real Estate / Built Environment sector
  • Experience in ISO standards (14-1, 50001) and ESG reporting frameworks including GRESB
