Job Description

African Leadership Academy is seeking an Engineering Mentor for their Engineering Leadership Program, a residential initiative designed for high school students across Africa interested in STEM. The mentor will guide up to 8 participants through engineering challenges, fostering teamwork and leadership skills. This role offers accommodation, meals, and a stipend of R4,400. The position runs from June 22 to July 11, 2026, based at the Academy's campus in Johannesburg, South Africa.
