Driver (3 months contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect rental vehicles to/from clients, hotels, airports, and other locations
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after handover (check for damages, fuel levels, cleanliness)
• Complete all required documentation accurately (delivery notes, inspection reports, mileage logs)
• Provide a professional handover to clients, explaining vehicle features where necessary
• Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and meet company standards before delivery
• Report any accidents, damages, or mechanical issues immediately
• Assist with vehicle movements
• Adhere to all road traffic laws and company policies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Valid South African driver's licence (Code B or higher)
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
• Minimum 2-3 years' driving experience (car hire or logistics environment preferred)
• Good knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas
• Clean driving record
• Basic administrative skills (ability to complete forms and reports accurately)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good time management
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (additional languages advantageous)
