Location: V8 Roadhouse, Hartbeespoort

V8 Roadhouse, an award-winning restaurant known for exceptional food, excellent service, and a vibrant atmosphere, is looking for hardworking and reliable Scullers to join our kitchen support team.

This role is essential to the smooth operation of our kitchen and requires individuals who are organised, efficient, and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous scullery or kitchen cleaning experience is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to work well within a team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Washing dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keeping the kitchen and scullery area clean and organised
• Assisting kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support duties
• Ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
• Removing waste and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
• Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

• You are hardworking, dependable, and take pride in your work
• You work well under pressure and stay focused during busy periods
• You understand the importance of cleanliness in a professional kitchen
• You are a team player with a positive attitude
