Direct Entry Airbus Captain - A320/A340 Fleet

As a Direct Entry Captain, you'll set the tone from the left seat-delivering operational excellence, mentoring flight deck crews, and upholding the highest safety standards. If you're a confident Airbus commander with heavy jet experience and a disciplined approach, we'd like to hear from you.

• Total time: 3000 hours minimum
• PIC time: Minimum 3000 hours as PIC on aircraft heavier than 20,000 kg
• Type rating: Required on Airbus A320 or A340
• License: Valid SACAA ATPL with applicable type rating
• Eligibility: Open to SACAA licence holders
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4

• Additional licence: EASA licence would be an advantage

• Proven Airbus command capability with disciplined, safety-first decision making
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cockpit resource management
• Calm, clear communication and situational awareness across all phases of flight
