Minimum Requirements- 1-3 years' experience in a professional, high-volume kitchen.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment while maintaining a calm and organized approach.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence.
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and shifts as required.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the restaurant's fine dining standards.
- Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepped, portioned, and stored correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
- Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and basic ordering processes.
- Monitor food quality and report any issues to senior chefs.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist during service to ensure timely and efficient dish execution.
- Continuously learn and develop culinary skills under guidance from senior team members.
