We are currently seeking a Data Manager Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Lead DM at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in leading the analysis, interpretation, and management of clinical data to drive the success of our clinical trials. You will contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies by overseeing data science initiatives and ensuring data quality and integrity across studies.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • End to End Data Management Delivery - Own the planning, execution, and delivery of all data management activities across the study lifecycle.
  • Timeline, Scope & Budget Management - Build and manage data management timelines, resourcing plans, and budgets; ensure on time, on scope delivery.
  • Cross Functional & Vendor Coordination - Act as the primary interface between Data Management, Clinical Ops, Biostats, Safety, and external vendors.
  • Risk, Issue & Dependency Management - Proactively identify data risks, manage issues, and drive mitigation and escalation.
  • Oversight of Data Quality & Milestones - Ensure data quality standards are met and key milestones (interim locks, DBL) are achieved.
  • Governance, Reporting & Communication - Provide clear status reporting, metrics, and decision support to study leadership.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 8+ years of clinical data management experience in biotech, pharmaceutical or health related industry, managing and coordinating data management related projects is required, with a strong focus on data management and analysis in clinical trials.
  • Expertise in complex oncology/hematology studies; recent hands on experience within 1 year.
  • Partner with CST to ensure effective management of all data requirements.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as data science, biostatistics, or life sciences.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
