As a Data Analyst at Epiroc, you'll bridge the gap between complex maintenance datasets and the teams on the ground, translating ERP data into sharp visualisations, reliable reports, and insights that improve equipment performance. What you'll do
  • Extract, clean, and analyze equipment maintenance data from ERP and related systems.
  • Develop structured reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support operational, technical, and management teams.
  • Monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across maintenance datasets.
  • Analyze equipment performance indicators such as downtime, MTTR, MTBF, component failures, and repeat breakdowns.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes impacting asset reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for site leadership.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors, planners, technicians, and client stakeholders to validate findings and recommend improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data driven insights and performance tracking.
What you'll bring
  • A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Data / Business Analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience working with ERP systems and structured maintenance data.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel dashboards, or similar platforms.
  • Experience within mining, engineering, or heavy equipment maintenance environments is highly advantageous.
