In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and elevate complex issues where necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure their queries have been resolved satisfactorily
Collaborate with internal teams to address product or service-related questions
Identify patterns in customer feedback and share insights with management
Uphold brand standards and a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or client-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working with CRM tools and helpdesk software (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously and work under pressure
Self-motivated with strong time management skills in a remote environment
Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)
Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for calls and video meetings
Competitive monthly salary of R10,000 - R16,000
