Remote Recruitment is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team and support UK-based clients. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. • Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve customer complaints and elevate complex issues where necessary

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

• Follow up with customers to ensure their queries have been resolved satisfactorily

• Collaborate with internal teams to address product or service-related questions

• Identify patterns in customer feedback and share insights with management

• Uphold brand standards and a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

• Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or client-facing role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Comfortable working with CRM tools and helpdesk software (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)

• Ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously and work under pressure

• Self-motivated with strong time management skills in a remote environment

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer

• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)

• Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for calls and video meetings
