• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management
• 3-6 years' experience in sales, customer service, channel marketing, logistics, or supply chain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Computer literate with ability to work with systems and reporting tools
• Business acumen with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
• Target-driven with ability to manage deadlines and performance goals
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client portfolios effectively
