Job Description
We are looking for driven and confident Customer Service Sales Advisors to join our team across multiple locations. The role involves handling customer calls only, either inbound or outbound depending on the campaign. You will deliver excellent service while driving sales, representing the company professionally, following scripts, handling objections, and converting leads into successful sales. This is a performance-driven role suited to individuals who take initiative and consistently go above and beyond.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls based on campaign requirements
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every call
- Upsell products and convert leads into confirmed sales
- Confidently handle objections and close deals
- Follow approved scripts, compliance standards, and processes
- Meet campaign KPIs, including call handling time, call quality, first-call resolution
- Accurately capture customer information and update systems
- Represent the company positively at all times
- Take initiative to improve customer experience and sales outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confident objection handling and closing skills
- Target-driven sales mindset
- Professional phone etiquette with a neutral accent (preferred)
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and call resolution ability
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales and customer service
- UK or USA campaign experience (essential)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- PC literate, comfortable using Google tools and CRM systems
- Proven ability to upsell and convert leads into sales
