Our Johannesburg branch based in Kempton Park is looking for an experienced Costing/Admin Clerk.
Duties and Responsibilities- General Admin
- Daily Costings
- Weekly Invoicing
- Sending of Statements
- Billing Queries
- Credit notes and Debit notes
- Recons
- Monthly stationary orders nationally
- Checking of rates for cost of sales
- Reception duties
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in Finance and the logistics industry.
- Grade 12 Certificate or Higher.
- Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills
- Planning and organizational ability
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills / Telephone etiquette
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must have own transport
