Our divisional heads will then email your CV internally to the consultant who specialises in your exact sector, for example a category of packaging is cartons, a category of print is print management, in fact we have over 30 specialist categories. Our specialist consultant will contact you if we have a live vacancy that matches, or contact you in the near future as soon a good match to skill set and experience becomes available.

This long established, privately owned corrugated packaging manufacturer, due to an extended period of growth, seeks to expand the internal sales team. Ideally, you will have experience of the corrugated packaging sector, as you will be responsible for quotations, order processing, invoicing and talking to customers.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Manage relationships with existing customers
  • Provide general customer support in relation enquiries and orders
  • Ensure all responses are consistent, prompt and accurate
  • Raise customer orders promptly and accurately following the correct procedure
  • Maintaining excellent customer services
  • Support the external sales team
  • Excellent telephone manner and administration skills
