Are you an experienced corporate fundraising or CSR professional who knows how to open doors, build long term partnerships, and secure meaningful funding?

Do you want your relationship building skills to directly support sustainability, climate action, and responsible business?

This is your opportunity to grow and manage high value corporate partnerships within a respected environmental organisation, while expanding your influence across CSR, CSI, ESG and sustainable finance initiatives.

In this role, you will combine business development (new partner acquisition) with account management (retention and growth).

New Business Development & Network Growth

Identify and research potential corporate partners aligned with sustainability and CSR priorities.

Conduct due diligence on companies, sectors, and ESG trends.

Recruit new companies into the Business Network.

Secure unrestricted funding and in kind contributions.

Build a strong pipeline of corporate prospects.

Corporate Relationship Management & Retention

Develop and deepen relationships with existing corporate partners.

Grow accounts into long term, transformational partnerships.

Coordinate Business Network meetings and corporate engagement events.

Facilitate employee engagement opportunities.

Support participation in environmental initiatives.

Support proposal development and corporate reporting.

Manage CRM systems and corporate databases (including NetSuite).

Process S18A certificates and related documentation.

Contribute to corporate communications (annual review, newsletters, email campaigns).

Assist with corporate campaign fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Management, Sustainability or similar.

Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate fundraising, corporate relations, business development, CSR/CSI, sustainability, or corporate partnerships.

Proven track record in fundraising, sales, marketing or corporate engagement.

Experience in the Non Profit sector or working with corporate sustainability teams.

Strong understanding of:

Technical & Professional Skills

CRM experience and database management (e.g. NetSuite or similar systems).

Research and due diligence capability.

Proposal writing and reporting experience.

Presentation, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to influence senior corporate decision makers.
