Content, Brand & Social Operator
Job Description
This is not a support function. This is a growth role with direct impact on LIONLEAD's franchise expansion strategy. The person in this role is responsible for building the brand presence that makes prospective franchisees trust us before they meet us and for creating the consistent, high-quality content that positions LIONLEAD as a premium, values-driven real estate brand worth owning a piece of.
- Develop and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok - with a minimum of 4-5 posts per week across platforms
- Create, design, and publish high-quality Reels, Stories, short-form video, carousels, and static content independently - from concept to post
- Build and maintain a structured Content Bank of brand-approved assets for listings, franchise marketing, team culture, and events
- Design professional, on-brand graphics for social media, property listings, flyers, brochures, signage, presentation decks, and internal documents
- Develop and deliver franchise marketing collateral - materials that attract, convert, and onboard prospective LIONLEAD franchisees
- Ensure strict adherence to LIONLEAD brand guidelines across every output, every time
- Monitor platform analytics weekly - track what is working, identify growth opportunities, and adjust the content strategy accordingly
- Support agents and franchisees with branded marketing materials and listing templates
- Contribute proactive creative ideas, trend-driven campaign concepts, and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the CEO on brand direction, campaign launches, and franchise growth messaging
Essential
- Proven portfolio of real estate, luxury, or aspirational brand content - static, video, and Reels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
- Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok as distinct platforms with distinct audiences
- Ability to concept, produce, and publish content independently - without creative hand-holding
- Strong visual storytelling instinct and understanding of luxury brand positioning
- Excellent time management and ability to work to strict content deadlines
- Confident filming people, spaces, and events in real-time environments
- Previous experience with a real estate agency, franchise brand, or luxury lifestyle company
- Copywriting capability - captions, listing descriptions, email campaigns
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Photography skills and/or professional video editing background
- Understanding of the South African property market and buyer/investor psychology
