Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Job Description
- Administer compensation and benefit programs (including Company Pension and Medical insurance plans)
- Ensure accuracy in payroll processing and administration
- Assist in Annual Salary Review exercise
- Assist in Salary surveys
- Ensure compliance with local governing regulations
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Lead employee onboarding exercise and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Assist in engagement and talent retention initiatives
- Prepare new employment contract based on information provided by Recruitment Specialist
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure all changes within the employee life cycle are recorded and tracked accurately.
- Assist in implementation of HR projects
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Ensure all HR reports are updated on a timely basis
- Ensure all payroll reports are validated prior sending to Finance Team
