About the role

Unleash your potential with some of the world's biggest brands as the next Management Trainee (Graduate Trainee) at Reckitt South Africa

Our13-months Management Trainee Program is designed to turn talented graduates in South Africa into future leaders. Featuring 4-months rotations within multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) our program enables a deeper understanding through first hand experience within the business with some of the leading global consumer products.

Out Management Trainees will also receive guidance, mentorship, a buddy and regular feedback to support their development throughout the program. Successful trainees will be assessed for full-time opportunities where roles are available.

Applications will be considered until 7th April 2026 and shortlited graduates will be contacted for interviews.

Management Training program will start as of 4th May 2026

  • Are a recent Honours, Masters or PHD graduate of Business, Marketing or any Business related areas (2024 onwards)
  • Have 0-2 years of work experience
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are ambitious, driven, agile and creative with a can-do attitude
  • Are able to commit to a minimum duration of 13 months
