Job Description
Dreamy coffee shop located in East London is looking for a people-focused manager to lead the team. The café offers a gorgeous look and feel, combining exceptional coffee with a natural, leafy environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring excellent service.
- Shape and maintain the café culture and standards.
- Contribute to branding, style and product quality.
- Strong coffee knowledge and confidence in coffee operations.
- Operationally strong, highly organised, and people-oriented.
- Experience in a daytime, 40 hour contract environment preferred.
- Contract: 40 hour, daytime-only.
- Open seven days a week with a variety of daytime shifts.
