Client Service Associate

A well established financial services firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its close knit, client focused team. This full time, on site role in Durbanville, Cape Town, at the heart of the business, supports advisors while ensuring that client administration, communication, and onboarding are handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail driven, and takes genuine pride in delivering a seamless client experience within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Managing client administration and correspondence with care and accuracy.

Onboarding new clients and maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Coordinating client meetings and preparing documentation for advisors.

Ensuring FICA/RMPC Compliance & KYC documentation are in order.

Processing client service requests and resolving queries with a calm, professional approach.

Working within FAIS/regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Experience in financial services or a similar client facing admin role
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience
  • Fluent in Afrikaans & English
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Detail oriented and takes pride in accuracy
  • Enjoys a collaborative team environment
