Client Liaison

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Liaison Officer. This role is suited to a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and expectations.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate client feedback, requirements, and insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Support the on boarding of new clients in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Monitor client accounts and track performance indicators to support retention and growth.
  • Address and resolve service issues or conflicts effectively and professionally.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience in a client liaison or client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and customer-service driven.
  • Understanding of sales processes or client retention strategies will be advantageous.

Monday to Friday

08:00 - 17:00

R6,000 - R14,000 (based on experience)
