Client Liaison
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Liaison Officer. This role is suited to a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and expectations.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Communicate client feedback, requirements, and insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell additional products and services.
- Support the on boarding of new clients in collaboration with the sales team.
- Monitor client accounts and track performance indicators to support retention and growth.
- Address and resolve service issues or conflicts effectively and professionally.
- At least 1 year experience in a client liaison or client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Adaptable, flexible, and customer-service driven.
- Understanding of sales processes or client retention strategies will be advantageous.
