Chief Concierge Luxury Hotel Cape Town, Western Cape

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and service-driven Chief Concierge for a luxury hotel based in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for guest relations, exceptional organisational skills, and a strong knowledge of local experiences and services.

Position: Live-out

• Oversee the daily operations of the concierge desk
• Lead, train and supervise the concierge team
• Provide personalised guest assistance, including restaurant bookings, transport arrangements, and activity reservations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local service providers and suppliers
• Ensure guests receive accurate information and exceptional service at all times
• Handle guest requests, special arrangements and problem resolution efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and experiences
• Ensure concierge services reflect the standards of a luxury hospitality environment
• Work closely with front office and guest relations teams to enhance the overall guest experience

• Previous experience as a Chief Concierge or Senior Concierge in a luxury hotel environment
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Extensive knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding attractions
• Exceptional organisational and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced hospitality environment
• Professional presentation and a guest focused approach
