Kitchen Griller - Full-time/Part-time Position - Location: V8 Roadhouse, Hartbeespoort

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience as a griller in a busy restaurant kitchen.
  • Strong understanding of meat temperatures, prep standards, and portion control.
  • Ability to work clean, fast, and focused during high-pressure service.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with kitchen staff and FOH.
  • Reliability - if you say you're coming, you come.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Grilling and cooking all proteins to V8 Roadhouse standards.
  • Maintaining quality, consistency, and portion accuracy on every order.
  • Prepping the grill station before service and shutting it down properly afterward.
  • Keeping the station clean, stocked, and organised.
  • Working with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and fast ticket times.
  • Following all food safety regulations - no shortcuts.
