The Opportunity

As Casino Product Manager, you will take ownership of casino product performance across content, features, lobby experience, promotions enablement, and supplier integrations. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall casino product strategy, planning, and execution aligned to company growth objectives
  • Oversee casino roadmap across content, lobbies, search, recommendations, and promotional mechanics
  • Deliver accurate, timely casino performance reporting to leadership across GGR, sessions, conversion, and retention
  • Drive casino performance optimisation initiatives using segmentation, personalisation, and UX improvements
  • Ensure strong product governance, supplier controls, and release readiness within a regulated environment
  • Manage supplier relationships across aggregators and studios, holding partners accountable to performance
  • Partner with UX, engineering, CRM, and compliance teams to deliver high-impact casino releases
  • Oversee casino content lifecycle including curation, placement strategy, and market-specific localisation
  • Build, mentor, and scale casino product capability as the organisation expands
  • Support new market entry initiatives including supplier approvals, content compliance, and product readiness
Requirements
  • Proven experience in casino product management within iGaming (Casino PM / Product Owner / Product Lead)
  • Strong understanding of RNG content ecosystems, aggregators, studios, and casino KPI drivers
  • Deep expertise in roadmap ownership, prioritisation, and outcome-led delivery
  • Experience operating in regulated or multi-jurisdictional environments
  • Strong analytical capability across casino metrics, segmentation, and player behaviour
  • Experience collaborating with UX and engineering teams to ship measurable improvements
  • Strong supplier/vendor management experience with commercial awareness
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level
Why This Role
  • High-impact product ownership role within a fast-scaling operator
  • Strategic exposure across multiple markets and product verticals
  • Opportunity to shape a modern, data-driven casino experience
  • Competitive compensation and performance incentives
  • Cape Town-based role within a high-performance, innovation-focused environment

If you are a commercially driven casino product leader ready to own performance, shape content strategy, and build a standout casino experience, this role offers a rare opportunity to drive growth at scale.
