Job Description

As a Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for conducting various casino games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and other table games. You will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the games and ensuring a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting various casino games in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Handling and exchanging chips, cards, and other gaming equipment accurately and efficiently
  • Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
  • Enforcing rules and regulations of the games to ensure fair play
  • Monitoring and reporting any suspicious or fraudulent activities
  • Maintaining a clean and organized gaming area
  • Assisting with cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to all safety and security procedures onboard the ship
  • Collaborating with other casino staff to ensure smooth operation of the casino
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 monthsexperience on Casino Table games
  • Extensive knowledge of various casino games including blackjack, poker, and roulette
  • Excellent mathematical skills and ability to perform mental calculations quickly and accurately
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
  • Must be willing to work long hours and weekends as needed
