Business Development Manager - Durban

Are you a natural hunter with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain solutions? My client is looking for a Business Development Manager (Durban) to join a dynamic team and drive business growth across multiple markets.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and research new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans

  • Negotiate and close deals, exceeding revenue targets

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure clients are onboarded and serviced flawlessly

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in business development or sales, preferably in logistics/freight

  • Proven track record of winning new business

  • Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills

  • Supply chain and logistics knowledge is a strong advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
