Qualifications
  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • At least 2 years' experience in a call centre customer support role.
  • Computer literacy and confidence using different systems.
  • Knowledge of customer service legislation (NCA, POPIA).
  • A basic understanding of retail processes.
