Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients using an automatic dialer system.
- Follow approved sales and communication scripts, while confidently improvising to build rapport and address client-specific needs.
- Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs.
- Effectively close sales in line with agreed targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain full product knowledge to accurately explain features, benefits, and terms (comprehensive training will be provided).
