Profile for Success
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully entering new B2B or B2G markets and building a sales pipeline from zero, preferably within the African continent.
  • Proven experience selling complex software or technology solutions, with a strong preference for candidates who have targeted government or public sector entities.
  • A history of sourcing, negotiating, and activating strategic partnerships or channel alliances that demonstrably contributed to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • You must be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and extensive travel, capable of operating with high autonomy to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a proven track record in B2G/B2B lead generation, and an explicit willingness to travel extensively. Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Portuguese or French is a significant advantage.
