We are on the hunt for a Business Development Consultant to work with ambitious entrepreneurs and fast-growing businesses, building trusted relationships, understanding their challenges, and connecting them to solutions that drive financial clarity and growth. The role focuses on managing the sales pipeline, driving revenue from inbound and outbound leads, supporting partner networks, and enhancing sales processes and tools. Hybrid office structure 2 days per week in-office.
ResponsibilitiesSales / Inbound Sales Activities:
- Telephonic and email correspondence with inbound leads
- Following up on inbound leads
- Client meetings with inbound leads
- Preparing and building proposals for new clients
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system
- Researching the latest business developments, sales techniques, and tools to improve processes
- Contributing to top-line revenue growth through new business and supporting outbound and conversion efforts, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets
Business Development / Outbound Sales Activities:
- Researching and identifying potential new target markets
- Crafting and generating lead listsli>
- Supporting outbound sales efforts
- Corresponding and following up with potential clients
- Conducting client meetings with outbound leads
- Supporting the management and improvement of the tech stack used for outbound lead generation
Qualifications & Experience:
- Marketing or Business Management Diploma/Certificate
- 5 - 8 years experience in Sales and Business Development
- Proven experience selling to founders, C-suite executives, or senior decision-makers - You must be comfortable engaging at an executive level and navigating complex, strategic conversations
- Demonstrated track record of successfully selling services or other high-ticket, consultative offerings - This role requires a strong ability to build trust, communicate value, and close meaningful deals
- Experience selling virtually in a remote or hybrid environment - You must be confident in running virtual discovery sessions and closing deals remotely
