Duties and Responsibility New Business Development (Core Focus)- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aggressively
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads
- Secure meetings with decision-makers (HR, EXCO, Procurement, etc.)
- Present Company's full suite of services to potential clients
- Close deals and convert opportunities into revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand client needs and position relevant solutions
- Drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities
- Establish Company's presence in the region
- Identify industry opportunities and key target clients
- Support the long-term goal of building a fully operational regional office
- Submit weekly sales reports (pipeline, meetings, deals closed)
- Track and report on revenue generated
- Maintain accurate CRM records

- Relevant Qualification - Business Development/ Sales and equivalent
- 4-6+ years proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in selling services (B2B) - highly advantageous
- Strong network within corporate South Africa (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
