New Business Development (Core Focus)

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aggressively
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads
• Secure meetings with decision-makers (HR, EXCO, Procurement, etc.)
• Present Company's full suite of services to potential clients
• Close deals and convert opportunities into revenue

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Understand client needs and position relevant solutions
• Drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities

Market Expansion

• Establish Company's presence in the region
• Identify industry opportunities and key target clients
• Support the long-term goal of building a fully operational regional office

Sales Reporting and Accountability

• Submit weekly sales reports (pipeline, meetings, deals closed)
• Track and report on revenue generated
• Maintain accurate CRM records

• Matric
• Relevant Qualification - Business Development/Sales and equivalent
• 4-6+ years proven experience in sales or business development
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in selling services (B2B) - highly advantageous
• Strong network within corporate South Africa (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
