CCG Systems (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic, innovation-driven company specializing in the sale, implementation, training, and support of ERP systems, including in-house developed modules tailored for public and private sector clients. With a team of 200 employees across 5 regional offices, we serve clients both onsite and remotely.

The role of the BusinessDevelopment Administrator is to assist the Manager in the development of astrong pipeline of new customers and projects through direct or indirectcustomer contact and prospecting. The incumbent will be responsible forassisting in facilitating the proposal/tender process for prospect clients,which includes budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contractnegotiations, and client presentations.

  • Research potential business for example looking at averts and tenders
  • Coordinating the bidding process and preparing bid templates
  • Call calling potential clients
  • Preparing the files and documentation for tenders
  • Draft proposals for prospect clients
  • Draft and assist with client presentation
  • Ensure that tender submissions are done on time and make requiredarrangements
  • Arrange and conduct tender presentation dry run of the demo
  • Complete required documentation for client presentations
  • Maintain company database of projects, proposal texts, consultants andpartners
  • Develop & enhance internal systems for communication
  • Create and foster relationships with clients, partners and associates
  • Provide general administrative support when required
  • Draft tender and other quotations
  • Conduct travel arrangements for the business development manager
  • Source and order corporate gift
  • Source company brochures
  • Source branded stationary, business cards and file folders
  • Redesign of company profile
  • Edit business cards
  • Collaborate withmagazines regarding advertisements
  • Internal marketing and informing employees of all up-selling opportunities
Must Have
  • BCom degree inMarketing or related qualifications
  • Sales and CustomerRelations certification would be advantageous
  • Valid code B driver's license and own transport
  • Passed credit and criminal checks
  • S.A Citizen, Resident or Valid S.A Work Permit
Nice to have
  • 2-3 years sales andmarketing experience
