Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial services, particularly across Payments, Investor Services, Trading, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications that drive strategic initiatives and system enhancements.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and Operations
• Support the design and implementation of solutions across financial systems
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of deliverables
• Maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems

• Mid-Level: 4-7 years of relevant Business Analysis experience
• Senior-Level: 7+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience
• Proven experience in one or more of the following domains:
• Payments
• Investor Services
• Trading
• Pricing & Billing
• Liquidity Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques and tools
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to translate complex business concepts into technical requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with financial systems and regulatory environments
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
