Cost to Company (CTC):

R-R per month, depending on experience, ERP exposure, and client-facing capability.

Senior candidates with strong advisory, documentation, and tender experience may be compensated at the upper end of the range.

Role Overview

The Intermediate ERP Business Analyst will play a strategic role in shaping, defining, and supporting ERP-enabled business solutions across multiple clients and internal initiatives. The position requires a strong balance between business analysis discipline, solution advisory capability, and delivery execution, with exposure across the full ERP solution lifecycle.

While prior experience with Odoo ERP is advantageous, the role is not platform-dependent. Candidates with strong experience across mainstream ERP platforms and a deep understanding of enterprise business processes will be well suited.

The role further requires measured involvement in solution definition, pre-engagement analysis, and client-facing activities, particularly where structured documentation, solution rationale, and business value articulation are required.

Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years experience in a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst role within ERP or enterprise systems environments.
  • Demonstrated exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, or major optimisation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Nice to have
  • Business Analysis certification (IIBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) is advantageous.
  • Exposure to ERP-related tenders, proposals, or pre-sales engagements.

  • Background in consulting, systems integration, or ERP implementation partners.
Core ERP Knowledge Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of ERP concepts, including:

  • Finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting)
  • Procurement and supply chain workflows
  • Sales, invoicing, and revenue processes
  • Approval workflows and segregation of duties
  • Multi-company and multi-currency environments
  • Experience with Odoo ERP is beneficial but not required; strong ERP fundamentals are the primary requirement.
