We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with deep experience in banking onboarding, compliance, and process optimisation. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in both Agile and traditional BA delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis and optimisation of customer onboarding workflows across banking channels.

  • Perform detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering for end-to-end onboarding processes.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including POPIA, KYC, BR-05, BR-08, and process optimisation standards BO-1 and BO-3.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-operations, risk, compliance, product, and technology-to deliver accurate business requirements.

  • Support Agile delivery teams by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.

  • Drive process re-engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve customer experience.
