Asa Building Manager, you will oversee theservice and maintenancecontractors and staff, execution of building related activities aspredetermined by Operations and Centre Managers. Establish and maintainmutually beneficial relationships with tenants and service contractors; assistOperations Manager to co-ordinate repairs, revamps and tenant installations;carry out inspectionsand general building maintenance.

• Budgeting & Expense control
• Building Management & Administration
• Project Management of Revamps
• Upgrading in conjunction with Centre/Property Manager
• Manage service & maintenance contractor and liaise with Management ofcontractors

• Technical/ mechanical qualification at N4 level with approximately 3 - 5 years relevant experience
• Technicaland mechanical; basic building maintenance; plumbing and electrical. PC literacy - working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Knowledgeof lease conditions including house rules, knowledge of housekeepingprinciples, Basic OHS; airconditioning, plumbing, electrical, knowledge ofCompany policies and procedures, Administration principles and reporting,Working knowledge of statutory requirements, Knowledge of cost budgeting andcontrol.
