BRAND MANAGER - RETAIL / FASHION (DURBAN)

A dynamic retail brand is seeking a hands on Brand Manager to drive integrated marketing campaigns, strengthen customer engagement, and support commercial growth across digital and in store channels. This role combines strategy, execution, and stakeholder coordination in a fast paced retail environment.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 (essential)
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in brand or integrated marketing roles
  • Experience with multi channel campaigns (digital, print, in store)
  • Retail marketing exposure (advantageous)
  • Experience working with agencies and suppliers
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Basic budget tracking and reporting ability
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (Meta, Google, email marketing tools)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
